That makes tons of sense considering that the leaked Hero builds have all been on 2.1 and 2.0 will be all but obsolete by the time HTC gets around to releasing anything — so yeah, we probably could’ve predicted this anyway, but now it’s official. Unfortunately that 1H 2010 window hasn’t been reigned in at all, but here’s hoping this is a case where they under-promise and over-deliver.

It seems that Samsung will enter the mobile app world. This can be seen thru its TouchWiz User Interface that will be available to the developers. This chance, Samsung will work with Google, Yahoo as well as AccuWeather for offering TouchWiz Widgets or rich connected mobile apps to the customers.

Samsung Finally join Android gang by unveil their Android phone version on Q2 2009 in North America, and maybe showed up in Asia region too.
Samsung is currently on progress developing the competitor of Symbian and iPhone and predicted to launch it for American’s Sprint Nextel and T-Mobile. The phone is most likely based on touchscreen form factor used by Omnia and Instinct.
Currently, T-Mobile G1is the only product using Android, but 2009 will be exciting to be waited since there will be at least 3 other manufacturers have announced its commitment for Android. The first is Kogan Agora, the next is Huawei, and the last is Samsung. Sony Ericsson also confirmed join the bandwagon on 2009.
